Only one promotional code can be granted per order.
Promo codes only apply to regular priced items.

A 50% discount will be applied on all orders placed between November 15, 2022 and January 15, 2023. The discount is automatically applied at checkout. No promo code needs to be entered in the box provided.

WELCOME15
The offer is valid only once per user, following the activation of their Cute account! The promo code "BIENVENUE15" must be entered in the box provided for this purpose, when checking out, in the application.

THANK YOU15
The offer is valid only once per user, on orders subsequent to the first. The promo code "MERCI15" must be entered in the box provided for this purpose, when checking out, in the application.
One-off promotions sent by newsletter or other means of communication take effect and end as indicated in said communication. When a duration of time or an end date is not specified, the promotion ends 30 days after its announcement.

Shipping and Delivery

All our albums are printed in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and will be shipped to you within 24 to 48 hours after receipt of the order. They will be delivered to you within the province in 4 to 10 business days.

Cute! App Inc. is not responsible for items lost in transit (or during return shipping).

If an item has been damaged in transit, please contact Cute! L'application inc. at info@cute-app.com to discuss reprint possibilities.

Refunds and Returns

Given the uniqueness of each album and the photo choices at the user's discretion, all orders are final and no refunds, returns or reprints will be possible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason in our sole discretion, including, but not limited to, product availability, promotional errors, pricing inaccuracies, fraudulent use or general misuse of offer codes. Offer is subject to product availability and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offers or credits. Not valid for resale.

CUTE! App Inc. reserves the right to change these terms at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to discontinue promotions and discounts at any time.
